Crowns
Before Image After Image

Crowns, also referred to as "dental caps, are dental restorations that cover over and encase the tooth on which they are cemented. Crowns are used when there is a need to rebuild broken or decayed teeth, strengthen teeth, or improve the cosmetic appearance of a tooth. The crown is placed over an individual tooth where there is no longer sufficient tooth structure left to place a filling, most often made from superior materials such as precious metals (gold) semi-precious metals, porcelain, or a combination of metal fused to porcelain. Both esthetics and function are considered when selecting the material most suitable for your case.
